About Paterson Community Centre
Rooted in community. Built for connection.
The Paterson Community Centre is more than just a hall - it’s a gathering place for people, memories, and milestones.
Proudly operated by the Expanding Horizons Bowden Cultural Enhancement Society, our non-profit centre opened its doors in 2018 with the support of the Government of Alberta, Red Deer County, Paterson Global Foods, and generous community donations. Today, it continues to be managed by a dedicated team of volunteers who care deeply about providing a central, welcoming space for people to come together.
Whether you're planning a wedding, hosting a community theatre night, or bringing neighbours together for a fundraiser, our facility is designed to support connection, joy, and shared experiences.
Our mission is simple:
To provide affordable, accessible opportunities for people of all ages to participate in cultural, recreational, and social experiences.
