Rental Options & Pricing
We offer flexible, all-inclusive rental packages designed to meet the needs of our community.
Standard Rental Rates (Effective January 2025):

Weekend Rate (Fri 12pm - Sun 2pm) - $3,000

Daily Weekend Rate (Fri, Sat, or Sun 8am - 8pm) - $1,500

Weekday Rate (Mon - Thurs 9am - 7pm) - $600

Hourly Add-On (if available) - $60/hour

Kitchen Rental Only - $45/hour

Optional Cleaning Service - $400

Table/Chair Setup & Teardown - $250

Early Access (if available) - $60/hour

Booking Policies
Please review the key policies before reserving:

A $1250 damage deposit is required at time of booking ($250 is a non-refundable booking fee).

Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your event.

Cancellations within 90 days of event will result in forfeit of your deposit.

A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking.

Alcohol service requires PAL insurance and copies of permits at least 15 days in advance.

A cleaning checklist must be followed unless the cleaning service is pre-purchased.
