We offer flexible, all-inclusive rental packages designed to meet the needs of our community.
RENTAL RATES effective June 2026
Weekend Rate (Friday 12pm - Sunday 2pm) $ 3000.00
Daily Weekend Rate (8am - 8pm) $ 1500.00
Daily Week Day Rate (8am - 8pm) $ 600.00
Additional Hourly Rate $ 60.00

Booking Policies
Please review the key policies before reserving:

A $1250 damage deposit is required at time of booking ($250 is a non-refundable booking fee).

Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your event.

Cancellations within 90 days of event will result in forfeit of your deposit.

A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking.

Alcohol service requires PAL insurance and copies of permits at least 15 days in advance.

A cleaning checklist must be followed unless the cleaning service is pre-purchased.
